REGISTRATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR STUDENTS ADMITTED TO DORMITORIES

General principles and application calendar for dormitory registration procedures in the new academic year

1 | 📢 Dormitory Application Results

Students can view their 2026–2027 academic year dormitory application results by logging into the Dormitory Information System Student Portal (dorms.metu.edu.tr) using their user code and password.

2 | 📝 Registration Methods

1. ONLINE REGISTRATION (Via Email)

Students admitted to dormitories must:

• Obtain information regarding the dormitory fee and fixed fee amounts from the relevant dormitory management,
• Deposit the specified dormitory fee and fixed fee into the designated bank account,
• Send the payment receipts to the email address of the dormitory they have been admitted to.

Upon sending the payment receipts to the relevant dormitory management via email, the dormitory manager will respond to the student's email and confirm that the registration process is complete.

2. IN-PERSON REGISTRATION (At the Dormitory Management)

Students applying in person must:

• Apply directly and in person to the management of the dormitory they have been admitted to,
• Have deposited the dormitory fee and fixed fee into the relevant bank accounts,
• Bring the bank receipt of the payment with them during registration.

📌 Note: No registration documents or additional paperwork will be requested from students during registration.

3 | 💳 Dormitory Fee and Fixed Expense Payments

Dormitory fees and fixed expense amounts can be learned from the management of the dormitory to which the student has been admitted. Payments must be made to the bank accounts listed below:
