Osman Yazıcı Guest House opened in 1996. The building contains 36 quadruple, 7 triple, 3 double, and 6 single rooms, in addition to 3 triple suites. There are also 2 triple rooms, 10 double rooms and 2 single rooms, all designed in groups has a total capacity of 398 beds, and currently serves for female students.

On the 1st floor, there are suites and rooms in groups with their bathrooms, WCs, and kitchens inside
On the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, there are the double, triple and quadruple rooms. There are also WCs and bathrooms on each of these floors
All the rooms have free unlimited internet connection, closets, desks, beds and mini fridges.
The dormitory has central heating and hot water is provided 24 hours a day.
There is a self-catering kitchen with cookers and microwave ovens.
There are study rooms and drawing&design rooms for common use
In all the rooms, there are land phones, with the lines open to incoming calls.
On the ground floor, there is a canteen.
There is a laundry room available for common use. Students can use the dryers, drying racks, and irons free of charge.
